Privacy notice

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, who you’re contacting us as, your organisation (optional) and your message.
• Volunteer form: your name, email, phone and city (both optional), how you’d like to help, how much time you could give, anything you tell us about yourself, and a link (optional).
• Surveys: our donor survey runs on Tally and our NGO survey on Cognito Forms. Your answers are collected by those services under their own privacy policies. The donor survey is anonymous.
• This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it

• To reply to your message.
• To consider your volunteer application and get in touch about volunteering.
• To understand what donors and NGOs need as we build GiveWithTrust.
• We don’t sell or rent your details, and we won’t add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who handles it

• This website is hosted by Hostinger.
• Form submissions are emailed to our team inbox, which is run on Google’s Gmail.
• Survey answers are stored by Tally and Cognito Forms.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and applications only for as long as we need them to reply or to work together, then delete them.

Volunteers under 18

Young volunteers are welcome. If you’re under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian knows you’re applying. We may ask for their consent before you take part.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details you’ve sent us, or to stop contacting you. Just email us.

Changes to this notice

We’ll update this page as GiveWithTrust grows, for example when donations open, and change the date at the top.
